The short version: the contact form on this site is used for exactly one thing — replying to you about your painting project. Nothing here is sold, shared, or added to a marketing list.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we receive:
- Your name and email address
- Your phone number, if you choose to provide it
- The service you're interested in and your message
We don't use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts on this site to build a profile of you. Cloudflare (our host) and Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection on the form) process some technical connection data automatically — things like your IP address and browser type — the same as any website, purely to keep the site running and keep bots from spamming Dersu's inbox.
What we do with it
Your form submission is emailed straight to Dersu, using our email provider solely to deliver that message — so he can read it and reply to discuss your project. That's the entire purpose. It is not used for advertising, not shared with other businesses, and not added to any newsletter or marketing list.
How long it's kept
Your message lives in Dersu's email inbox for as long as an email normally would — there's no separate database or customer list it gets copied into. If you'd like your information deleted, just ask (see below) and he'll remove the email.
